                                About your counselor:

Sarah Russell is the High School and Elementary Counselor.  When she isn’t offering counseling services or acting as the school’s testing coordinator, Sarah enjoys watching her two sons play sports and traveling with her family during the summer months. 

Educational experience: 

Sarah graduated from Okay High School and has an Associate's Degree in Science from Connors State College and a Bachelor’s in Social Studies Education from Northeastern State University. She received her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from East Central University.

Guidance counseling initiatives and curriculum alignment will promote growth for all students through rigorous personal/social; academic/educational; and career goals. This curriculum will meet or exceed the requirements by the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
